Studied Accounting at UNIBEN and Software Engineering at Semicolon. Oversees Oriald’s engineering architecture, smart power hardware integrations, and product strategy to optimize hotel operational margins.

Why We Are Building Oriald

In hospitality, utility overhead and operational fragmentation are the silent profit drains. Across West Africa, hotels waste up to 40% of their energy running cooling and high-draw appliances in vacant rooms while generators and battery banks operate at full capacity.

Legacy Property Management Systems (PMS) were built purely as static record keepers. They record check-ins, but remain completely disconnected from what is actually happening inside physical rooms.

We built Oriald to bridge this exact gap. By unifying real-time IoT room automation, energy management, staff workflows, and guest experience into a single intelligence layer, Oriald gives hotel operators full visibility and automated control over their entire property.
